Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time - ET)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will focus on outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the sales team or making at least 100 to 200 calls daily. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to generate qualified leads through cold calling, and follow-up communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make at least 100 to 200 outbound calls per day to potential clients, and book 2-3 qualified meetings daily.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in Google Sheets.
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas and other performance targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize new outreach efforts.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound calling or lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and a backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work.
- Stable power supply, and you must have a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to handle any power outages.
- A functional computer with up-to-date software and security.
- A headset that will allow you to conduct clear and professional calls.
- A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions for high-quality calls.
- Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT, Monday to Friday.
Performance Expectations:
- Book 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the sales team or complete at least 100 to 200 outbound calls daily.
- Meet all daily and weekly activity quotas related to calls and appointments.
Compensation:
$3 per hour. Additional commission that is based on the number of qualified meetings scheduled & conducted by upper-level sales staff.
