Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Strategic Planning Consultant and Project Manager to help streamline operations, develop growth strategies, and supervise day-to-day activities within our tutoring business. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic business planning and managing educational programs, as well as the ability to lead a team of tutors and administrative staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue and improve overall business performance.
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tutoring sessions, administrative tasks, and library services run smoothly.
-Supervise and manage a team of tutors and admins, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution.
-Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
-Identify and prioritize key areas of focus, such as income generation, business scalability, and client satisfaction.
-Manage and refine systems for tutor performance tracking, client engagement, and feedback.
-Evaluate current business operations and recommend areas for improvement.
-Act as the point of contact between the management team and external stakeholders.
-Help with hiring and onboarding new tutors or staff members as the business grows.
-Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards within the education industry.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
-3+ years of experience in strategic business planning and/or project management, ideally in the education or tutoring sector.
-Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing teams remotely and in person.
-Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience with financial planning, budget management, and cost optimization.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Familiarity with the education industry, specifically tutoring businesses or academic support services.
-Experience working in a multicultural or bilingual environment (French proficiency is a plus).
-Previous experience with digital platforms for online tutoring or educational tools.


What do we Offer?

- Start at $ 8 and increase by $0.50 every 6 months to $10
-Flexible working hours with a mix of remote and occasional in-person collaboration (if applicable).
- We will guarantee you a minimum 8 -15 hours a week

This position will be for 8-15 hours a week. It will be on Sunday to Thursday from (7:00 am to 9:00 am mountain time or 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm mountain time).
