What will you be doing
• Provide essential support to the Business Development team by managing leads, entering data, and ensuring accurate account updates
• Check and update the status of Quote requests in CargoWise
• Maintain client lists within Pipedrive, keeping records up-to-date and organize
• Draft, proofread, and send professional emails, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all client communications
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing
• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide valuable insights for strategy development
• Provide any additional support for the BDMs as needed
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build excellent client relationships

Who we are looking for
• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Support or Logistics role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Proficiency in CargoWise, Pipedrive, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting effective emails
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and collaboratively
