Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Adelaide time)
Starting Salary: Php 30k, plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Process and qualify leads
- Manage and maintain the CRM
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and communication


Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in:
- Booking B2B appointments with Australian business owners
- Successfully setting appointments with both cold and warm leads
- Generating your own leads
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM is a plus
