What we are looking for?

We need a new Outreach & Linkbuilding Partnership Executive

. This is a remote (work from home) position.

Outreach & Linkbuilding Partnership Execs need to be good wordsmiths, technically savvy, natural problem solvers, organised and have knack for finding beauty in routine tasks.

Why?

Because, you’ll regularly source and outreach to potential link-building partners, identifying valuable exchanges and persuading them to collaborate with us. This includes crafting engaging email sequences and managing outreach platforms while continuously optimizing, automating, and improving processes. You'll track your efforts to maximize link partnerships, adapt to an evolving business environment, and build prospective partnership lists for regular outreach.


Salary & Growth Opportunities

You’ll have daily calls with with our head of off page to report, plan and strategise
You’ll be graded on your ability to generate new links through the partnerships you’ve initiated

Growth Opportunities:
Strong opportunity for growth into a more senior linkbuilding and/or business development role
You’ll constantly have opportunities to develop relevant skills, such as courses on sales copywriting, automation, outreach, etc., and one-on-one calls with Charlie [Director] or other senior members.


The Ideal Candidate


SDR/BDR [Sales Outreach] Experience: This role isn’t sales. Yet, the skills needed, overlap and complement each other significantly. The outreach methods to build premium and quality links, involve a similar approach to initiating conversations with prospective customers/clients. From LinkedIn and email outreach, to slack groups - you’ll need to have the tools and techniques to outreach at scale, whilst writing copy that is convincing enough for prospective partners to respond.

A Wordmith Wizard: If you’re a hotshot with written copy and you can put yourself in prospects' shoes, so you know what value exchange to offer, you’ll be a great fit. You’ll need to write custom personalised messages, whilst also crafting email sequences to send out to big lists of prospects.

Problem Solver: Constant improvement of processes and strategies, is required. You’ll need to know how to assess what can be improved, iterate and A/B test to achieve increased link opportunities, with the same daily time commitment. You’ll also be hit with daily issues that need addressing - having the initiative and independence to deal with these is key.
