• Can I work to deadlines and a team of 5 other PH Va's

We are a business membership organisation for WOMEN - looking for someone to join our team, after an employee who is moving on into a different industry. Along with two other VAs in PH, we are great to work with and have long-term happy employees. We are looking for someone who wants variety as we are growing and very busy.

Please note that we need someone who has a knack for designing incredible artwork that speaks about our brand. That said, we would need you to complete a trial task (instructions at the end of the message). Otherwise, we will not consider your application.

We need someone who is proficient in using the following applications:

Canva, Figma, Web Programming, HTML code, CSS Skills, Javascript Mailchimp etc, Video Editing

Tasks include:
• Design basic flyers, invitations, graphics. Working mainly in Canva.
• Design of event and workshop Graphic
• Design of our quarterly magazine - Brave Magazine
• Design in Figma of web pages and then uploading them to our PHP site
• Knowledge of HTML for structuring web pages.
• CSS skills for styling the content and ensuring responsive design.
• Basic video editing in descript or capcut - or willing to learn
• Basic sound editing for podcasts - or willing to be trained
• Back up to social media graphics person

We are friendly, all women but we work hard. We want someone who is willing to be part of a growing team. This is suitable to work at home or someone who understand the long hours VAs work in front of a computer. Apply if you can work for 25-28 hours, between 9 - 3 pm PH Time.
