JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a driven Social Media, SEO, and Lead Generation specialist to engage targeted virtual communities for our rapidly growing US-based mental health practice! Our company focuses on care for the LGBTQIA2S+ communities and others historically marginalized, we strongly welcome applicants from these backgrounds!

We are seeking an individual to aid in expanding our psychotherapy practice's national reach across the United States. Assistance is required in SEO, Google Ad Campaigns (PPC, Search, and Smart), and familiarity with Squarespace (our hosting platform). The ideal candidate should excel in website optimization and lead (client) generation.

We aim to enhance customer engagement, increase website traffic, and boost revenue by strategically leveraging all facets of the social media marketing roadmap.

Our future Social Media, SEO, & Lead Generation Specialist must possess a strong understanding of each platform’s functionality and how to craft politically and socially engaging content aimed at engaging the LGBT+ and BIPOC therapy-seeking community. You will engage in relevant discussions on behalf of the brand and subtly promote our services by assisting both current and prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies based on competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging,
and audience identification.
- Create, edit, publish, and share daily content—such as original images, videos, REELS, using trending music and HTML—that
fosters meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
- Establish and enhance company pages across platforms to boost visibility of the company's social media content.
- Moderate user-generated content in accordance with each community's moderation policy.
- Design editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve processes by capturing and analyzing relevant social data, insights, and best practices, then taking
action accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments (like customer relations and sales) to manage reputation, identify key stakeholders, and
coordinate efforts.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Strong skills in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presenting, and communication
- Clear understanding of social networking and proficiency with social analytics tools
- Solid knowledge of web design, development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Familiarity with online marketing and a good grasp of major marketing channels
- Positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
- Expert level at IG and FB content creation (including reels, using trending audio, etc.)
