Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling a list and scheduling appointments through high-volume cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

- Make ---------- cold calls daily using the Mojo dialer to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with using dialing systems, preferably Mojo dialer.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

- Base salary of $100 per week.
- Earn 25% commission on the first month of any contracts secured.
- Receive $5 - $10 bonus for each successful appointment that shows up.
