In search of a cold caller that can set in person appointments for me. I am a real estate agent, I focus on selling Land, Farms, & Ranches. I will set you up with a cold calling software & all the data you need. I will teach you how to better your objection handling and cold calling expertise. As well create you a script that you can follow while calling these land owners. Once appointments are set, I will have you add them to my calendar & message me immediately with information about the property. I will need to speak to you on the phone before I hire, our biggest concern is accent. We can teach you how to call & what to do but we cannot teach an accent.

I will train and hire you at $5/Hour until you set my first 10 in person appointments. After that I will bump you up to $10/ Hour and possibly even more. Plus bonus when I sell a property that you set an appointment for. These bonuses could be $100-$3000 depending on how much I make on the sale. The more appointments you make, the more likely I will sell a property and get you a bonus. The more money I make off of your work the more I would be willing to pay you. 25 hours a week maximum for right now as money starts being created by I can go up to 40 hours
