We’re a team that helps real estate agents connect with homeowners looking to sell, and we’re looking for some awesome people to join us! If you’re great on the phone, love talking to people, and are up for a challenge, this might be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your main gig will be making cold calls to homeowners and seeing if they’re interested in selling their homes. You’ll be the bridge between them and our real estate agents. Your job is to have real conversations, figure out if they’re ready to sell, and set them up with our agents.
Responsibilities:
Call homeowners to see if they’re thinking about selling their house.
Have real, honest conversations with people and build a connection.
Qualify those leads and schedule appointments for our real estate agents.
Keep track of your calls and leads in our system (nothing too crazy).
Be open to feedback—we’re all about helping you improve and get better at what you do.
What We’re Looking For:
Coachable: You don’t need to be perfect, but you should be willing to learn and improve.
Reliable: We can count on you to show up and get the job done.
Trustworthy: You’ll be handling important information, so being honest and reliable is key.
You’re good at talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
Any experience with cold calling, sales, or real estate is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
