Shopify Virtual Assistant - Store Designer, Manager, Product Uploader

Hello,

We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant to help us create new Shopify stores, upload new products, manage the product pages and order fulfilment and more tasks in future.

We have been growing a custom gifting company for 5 years and now have plans for expansion, through launching new brands and broadening our product range. To achieve our expansion goals we need to hire at least 1 more full-time virtual assistant who will be responsible for:

• Creating new Shopify stores
• Designing the Shopify store using the Shopify theme editor
• Upload new products (using competitors as a reference)
• Working with our graphic designers (You will submit product / designs to them and they will create them. Then you will upload the products/designs to the store)
• Setting up payment methods, shipping settings and other general Shopify settings
• Set up Shopify apps
• Manage the Shopify store as an ongoing responsibility, fulfiling orders, optimizing pages for SEO and other tasks
• Customer support (answering emails and social media messages)
• Posting to the store's social media accounts

If you are a professional virtual assistant with a strong internet connection, good written and spoken English, and confident in your own ability with a lot of experience in Shopify and E-Commerce in general, please apply.

Your role will being with me sharing a project brief with you. This project brief will essentially be an overarching description of the Shopify store you will create, along with the apps you will install and products you will upload. There will also be links to references (other stores / product pages etc.) that you will use as a reference.

I will expect the hired candidate to check in with me daily, providing me updates via Slack, as well as attend a weekly meeting over Google Meets where we will review progress, address any problems or questions and discuss our next goals.
