Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Locksmith Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers needing locksmith services. You will manage incoming calls, assign jobs to technicians, provide job status updates, and ensure successful job completion. Training is provided, and experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls via WhatsApp and phone lines, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries about locksmith services.
- Dispatch locksmith technicians to job locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Communicate with technicians to provide job details and receive updates on job status.
- Update customers on the status of their service request, providing accurate and timely information.
- Close out completed jobs in the system and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of job details, customer interactions, and technician availability.
- Ensure seamless communication between the customer and the technician throughout the process.

Requirements:
- Must have WhatsApp for daily communication.
- Ability to handle phone calls and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in dispatch or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
