The consolidation CSR reports to the Consolidation Supervisor. The main goal of this position is to provide customer service that exceeds expectations by working with a sense of urgency to provide transportation quotes in a timely manner that are accurate and meet expectations. This requires keeping customers updated, providing follow-up as needed, attention to detail, and seamless handoff of incomplete quotes or follow-up to the morning CSR team.
Key activities:
1. Provide support to the consolidation program by completing assigned tasks and taking ownership of all items that are required to meet customer expectations.

3. Responding to transportation requests in a professional manner. Provide an immediate acknowledgment of all quote requests; Complete quote within 3 hours, unless circumstances prevent- then update the customer and execute problem-free hand-off to the next shift.
4. Tracking and tracing shipments from point of origin to final consignee delivery. Immediately addressing any perceived issues with the carrier and keeping the customer updated.
5. Sharing insights from client interactions with the consolidation supervisor to help the company refine its shipments. Working to keep existing customers happy and engaged, ultimately helping the company retain valuable clients

Education Requirements
High School Degree
A college degree is preferred but will review an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
Proficiency in English; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional and easy to understand manner.
Schedule 11 am - 7:30 pm. Monday - Friday PST.
