Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketer who specializes in Klaviyo to manage our email campaigns and social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, experience in the supplement industry, and a talent for creating compelling designs and copy that drive conversions. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including creating automated email funnels and personalized campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize email performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
- Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Create visually appealing graphics for emails, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and launch new products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, especially in the health and wellness sector, and apply that knowledge to marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and create regular reports to track success metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing, specifically with Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of email funnels and marketing automation.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands, particularly in the health or supplement industry.
- Graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of the vitamin and supplement industry, with a focus on natural and organic products.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Familiarity with SEO and paid social media advertising.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
