Job Overview:
The University Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with key university departments across major universities on the East Coast and Midwest regions. This role will focus on engaging Student Affairs, Student Wellness Directors, and Student Recreation leaders to introduce and schedule meetings to showcase the unique wellness programs we offer. The Coordinator will also be tasked with managing outreach efforts through a CRM, tracking progress, and providing weekly reports on booked meetings and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outreach to Student Affairs, Student Wellness Directors, and Student Recreation leaders at universities across the East Coast and Midwest.
Research and identify the correct university contacts through online resources, directories, and networking platforms.
Schedule meetings with key stakeholders to highlight A Walking Vibe’s services and wellness offerings for students.
Create and maintain a CRM to track all outreach efforts, communication progress, and appointments booked.
Provide detailed weekly reports outlining outreach activities, meetings booked, and upcoming opportunities.
Collaborate with the A Walking Vibe team to optimize outreach strategies and ensure messaging aligns with the company’s mission.
Continuously update and expand the database of contacts and ensure data integrity within the CRM.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in outreach, sales, or account management (preferably in higher education or wellness-related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with university leaders.
Self-motivated with excellent research and organizational skills.
Experience using CRM software to manage outreach efforts.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
Passionate about health, wellness, and community building.
Performance Metrics:
Number of meetings scheduled with university contacts per week.
Quality and depth of relationships built with university personnel.
Weekly reporting on outreach activities and meeting appointments booked.
CRM updates and data accuracy.
