Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement. You will develop content that speaks to our target audience, establish a strong online presence, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for various platforms
Create and schedule engaging and educational posts, stories, and content
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum engagement
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Collaborate with the team to align content with our brand goals and objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for content and engagement
Qualifications:
Experience in social media marketing and brand management.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
Knowledge of website creation is an edge but not required.
