Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce business. As an E-commerce Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, tracking shipments, and handling customer inquiries, as well as products. You will work closely with our administrative team to manage tasks through platforms such as Shopify, Trello, Redo, and Amazon Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities:
Order & Shipment Management: Update order tracking information daily in Shopify based on FedEx Insight and
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system and Shopify, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Handle returns, exchanges, and order cancellations as needed.
Email
Backorder Management: Monitor and follow up on back-ordered items, communicate updates with customers, and ensure backorder tags are properly managed.
Amazon Seller Central Support: Handle all Amazon-related tasks, including order tracking, customer inquiries, and filing A-to-Z claims for returns.
Task Management: Monitoring and completing assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Track Product Data Entry (described below), seasonal pricing updates, and product removal in Shopify.
Product Data Entry: Enter new product information into Shopify, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Follow internal guidelines for product formats and image specifications.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or customer support is preferred.
Proficiency with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong understanding of the English language; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently from a home office.
