Location: Remote / Work from Home
Job Type: Part-Time (60 hours per month to start, Night Shift 10am-5pm Eastern WORK THE HOURS YOU WISH)
Salary: $3.00 USD/hour to start (Pay increases after probation is over)

Job Description:
As a Call Closer, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into new accounts. You will engage with potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Your primary goal will be to close sales over the phone, following up on leads provided by
our product research team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls to close sales with potential clients.
-Build strong relationships with leads and address their objections.
-Effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
-Follow a structured sales process to ensure high conversion rates.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
-Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scripts and improve the sales process.
-Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity in our CRM.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in English.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call closing role.
-Strong persuasive communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
-Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
-Experience using CRM software.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-A positive attitude and the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience in high-ticket sales.
-Knowledge of the Amazon marketplace.
-Previous work in a sales environment.
