You’ll play a crucial role in converting customer inquiries into scheduled appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have already received quotes from our website.
• Follow up via phone or email to schedule appointments for further consultation.
• Confirm appointment details and ensure customer information is accurately recorded.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Provide timely feedback to the sales team on customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must speak and write fluent English.
• Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working UK hours (Monday to Friday).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
