Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Overseas Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design to join our marketing team. This role will focus on creating visually compelling social media templates, promotional flyers, and other digital and print graphics that align with our brand standards for Three Bears General Store, Pigeon Forge Gem Mine, Sawyer's Farmhouse, and our other businesses. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and have experience designing for various platforms while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetic.

In addition to graphic design, this role will support our social media marketing efforts by developing content that drives engagement and growth. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Create high-quality graphics for social media posts, flyers, print ads, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all designs reflect and maintain brand guidelines and aesthetic.
Design visually appealing templates for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, to drive engagement and traffic.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.

Social Media Management:
Assist in the creation of engaging content that pairs graphics with strong copywriting for social media posts.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels through visuals and design.
Collaborate on campaigns that drive traffic to our stores and websites, using eye-catching visuals.

Promotional Materials:
Design flyers, brochures, posters, and other print materials for in-store promotions, events, and community outreach.
Work on special projects, such as holiday campaigns or event-specific promotions, ensuring all designs meet marketing objectives.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all graphics, whether digital or print, align with the company’s brand voice, color palette, and design standards.
Maintain an organized archive of all marketing collateral for future use and reference.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing social media content, digital ads, and print designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality visuals.

Project Submission Requirement:
As part of your application, please submit a portfolio along with a sample project. The project should include a single poster design that promotes Pigeon Forge Gem Mine, Sawyer's Farmhouse, and Three Bears General Store. The poster should encourage visitors in the Smoky Mountains to explore these locations. Ensure the design reflects cohesive branding for all three businesses while remaining visually compelling and engaging for tourists.
