JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for building personal brands? I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who will act as my alter ego to amplify my personal brand and coaching services, primarily on LinkedIn. This role involves managing content, engaging with followers, expanding my network, and converting followers into clients. Additionally, if you have the skills, there is an exciting opportunity to assist with writing my Change Academy book and creating the All-in-1 Change Management Kit, both of which will be sold as digital products alongside my coaching offerings. These tasks are optional, but would be a bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Posting: Post engaging content on LinkedIn, including carousel posts, articles, and updates according to the strategy we create.
• Engagement: Proactively engage with followers by commenting, reacting, and starting meaningful conversations with key connections.
• Outreach: Reach out to new connections to expand the network and initiate discussions about coaching services.
• Community Management: Manage comments and messages, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and consistent engagement.
• Client Acquisition: Assist in promoting and selling my coaching services through direct outreach, answering inquiries, and guiding leads through the process.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and values in all communication to reinforce the personal brand.
• Learning & Implementation: Be proficient in learning from training videos and applying the knowledge to tasks related to social media, personal branding, and content strategies.

Optional Responsibilities:

• Book Writing: If you have the skills, assist with writing the Change Academy book, turning my concepts, materials, and ideas into a well-structured, engaging product.
• Product Creation: Optionally, help develop the All-in-1 Change Management Kit from existing content and materials (spreadsheets, documents, PowerPoints, PDFs, videos) and turn it into a comprehensive digital product ready for sale.

Required Technical Skills:

1. LinkedIn Savvy: Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithms, posting, engagement strategies, and best practices.
2. Social Media Management: Experience using tools for scheduling, tracking engagement, and content management.
3. Copywriting & Content Creation: Ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.
4. Lead Generation: Proven experience in identifying and reaching out to potential leads for services.
5. Basic Graphic Design: Experience with Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing content.
6. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
7. Learning Agility: Ability to learn new skills quickly from video tutorials and implement them effectively.

Desired (Optional) Skills:

• Course Content Creation & Book Writing: Experience in writing structured learning material (like the Change Academy book) or creating digital products from various content formats (spreadsheets, documents, PowerPoints, PDFs, and videos).

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

1. Follower Growth: Increase LinkedIn followers by 15% within the first 3 months.
2. Engagement Rate: Achieve a minimum engagement rate of 7% on posts (likes, comments, shares) within 2 months.
3. Lead Generation: Generate at least 20 qualified leads per month, with a minimum conversion rate of 10 leads into coaching service inquiries.
4. Response Time: Respond to all inquiries and comments within 24 hours.
5. Content Creation: Post 5-7 pieces of content weekly (mix of posts, articles, and engagement comments).

Assignment:
As part of the application process, please submit a Strategy and Tactical Plan detailing how you would manage and grow my LinkedIn profile. The plan should include:

1. Strategy: Your approach to growing my personal brand, attracting followers, and converting connections into coaching clients.
2. Tactical Plan: Specific daily/weekly actions you would take to achieve the KPIs listed above (follower growth, engagement, lead generation, and response time).
3. Execution: Examples of content types you would create, engagement strategies, and your plan for lead generation and outreach.

This will help assess your strategic thinking and ability to implement plans effectively.
