We're looking for someone to take charge of customer service, handle order processing, manage products online, and keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. We want you to be a key player in driving things forward.

JOB OVERVIEW - Main Responsibilities:
• Processing and managing orders
• Communicating with customers & suppliers
• Solving problems with orders

You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help them with delivery updates and other questions.
• Call & email customer with shipping updates etc
• Offer alternative products, if sold out etc.
• Handle damaged items
• Post purchase follow ups and review collecting

PAY

ADDITIONAL DETAILS REQUIRED
Internet: Fast, stable connection Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during your working hours. No loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM US Eastern time.
