Digital Marketing Manager

COMPENSATION:
3-Month Probation Period:
$1,000/month (Part-Time)

2-Month Post-Probation Period:
$2,000/month (Full-Time)

Full Rate:
$3,000+/month (Potentially more, depending on your contribution to the company's growth)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• This will be a foundational role for this team. We are looking for the individual who has the ability to think strategically but also tactically be able to execute quickly and efficiently. As we hire more people to fill in the gaps, being able to step in as needed is crucial for this role.
• Solve client problems, and help clarify and communicate the necessary steps to deploy the solution.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges effectively.
• People who change their behavior based on evidence.
• Effective communicator so that you can take on a leadership role once the team has been built out.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strategic mind but can also step-in to fix things as needed across many platforms for various types of specialization (email management, sales management, social media, ad management)
• Someone who has the capacity to have unpredictable days and can step up as needed to help the company grow.
• Ability to prioritize, communicate adjustments to scope and meet deadlines.

THESE ARE A PLUS:
• Tried to launch your own business. Failed but you learned some very important lessons.
• Been in various management and leadership roles.
• Ready to talk about a specific case study you encountered in your career and how it shaped your decision making.
