Monthly pay: $1,500 monthly++
(plus expected $500 and up on BONUS)

Our founders have built amazing companies like Flexport (~$10B), Yoshi (~$250M), and BuildZoom (~$200M) and we’re on the lookout for skilled, enthusiastic, and motivated Appointment Setters to join our top-notch Sales Team.


What We're Looking For

Education and Experience:

No specific educational attainment needed, just the right attitude and skills
Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related role
Persistence and resilience in reaching decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM software
Experience dealing with US clients
Experience working for high-performing remote team a plus


Skills and Qualities:

Fluent English with a neutral accent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills to handle client concerns on the spot
High independence and a self-starting attitude
Comfortable using Hubspot and an autodialer


Responsibilities:

Set up appointments between our sales reps & their decision-makers.
Use a power dialer to quickly process many cold leads.
Effectively navigate phone trees & bypass gatekeepers.
Keep sales reps calendar updated & appointments neatly grouped.
Accurately record and update call outcomes, notes, and appointments.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure attendance by leads.
Loop back/re-engage on email/social DM (we automate all cold outbound emails).


Work Requirements & Tools:

Must be available to work full-time during USA hours (10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Daylight Time / 10 PM to 6 AM PH Standard Time)
Reliable high speed internet connection (at least 50MBps)
PC or laptop computer with at least a 10th gen core i3 processor or equivalent with at least 8GB of RAM (10th gen i5 processor or equivalent with 16GB RAM recommended)
A quality noise-canceling headset
