Airtable Low-Code Automation Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled contract-based Airtable Automation and Integration Specialist capable of handling an ongoing series of complex automation projects. This role involves integrating Airtable with various systems, such as Salesforce and other API-driven platforms, tailored to enhance our organizational processes and data flow efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement advanced Airtable automation that integrates with Salesforce and various other systems to enhance business functions.
Create custom interfaces within Airtable to facilitate user interaction and manage data more efficiently.
Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from requirement analysis and system design to implementation and user acceptance testing.
Ensure high standards of data integrity, security, and compliance are maintained across all integrations.
Offer proactive technical support and troubleshooting, including post-deployment system assessments and continuous enhancements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals.
Deliver training and support to end-users, empowering them with new tools and functionalities as projects roll out.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Airtable, including complex automation and custom interface creation.
In-depth knowledge of integrating varied systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) using APIs, with a strong preference for experience with Salesforce.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is highly desirable for scripting and API interactions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively across projects, and adhere to timelines while delivering high-quality outputs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
