Influencer Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Influencer Outreach and Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, managing our brand’s presence on social media, and engaging with our online community to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and content creation. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. You should have some understanding in Instagram and Tiktok landscape.

Main task:
- Reach out to influencers on a daily basis to collaborate and create content for the brand
- Negotiate payout or barter trade products in return for content
- Ensure content creator / influencer understands the brief
- Ensure they create the content on time
- Approve final draft and postings
- Make sure content is posted on IG / FB / Tiktok
