Security & Surveillance Staff

JOB SUMMARY:

The Security & Surveillance staff will be responsible for monitoring various operational aspects within the stores and warehouse, ensuring both security and service quality. The role includes overseeing store zones, staff compliance, customer interactions, and warehouse deliveries. The Specialist will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain optimal organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
> Store Monitoring: Oversee Store Zones to ensure proper flow and security.
> Monitor People Counter and Cameras to ensure accurate foot traffic data and store security.
> Ensure proper Music is played and at appropriate levels.
> Enforce Dress Code compliance, ensuring all staff adhere to uniform guidelines, including Aprons.
> Manage staff Clock in/Out and ensure adherence to the daily Schedule.
> Monitor the use of Cell Phones on staff and enforce policies.
> Oversee Cash Wrap processes for security and customer satisfaction.
> Ensure staff are Greeting Customers as per company standards.
> Confirm Receipts are placed in the Bag, Gift Wrapping is done, and staff follow the "walk around the bag" policy.
> Track how long shipments have been sitting at the store.
> Maintain Backroom Organization and ensure only 4-6 boxes are in the front at a time.
> Confirm Deliveries are getting reported.
> Monitoring Timely Upload of receiving documents and Putting Out shipments.
> Conduct Remote Secret Shopper assessments using a standard form.

Warehouse Monitoring:
> Confirm Deliveries are getting reported.
> Monitoring Timely Upload of receiving documents and Putting Away shipments.
> Manage staff Clock in/Out and ensure adherence to the daily Schedule.
> Track KPIs for warehouse pulls and store deliveries.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any related fields.
> Previous experience in retail service or security roles is preferred.
> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
> Ability to monitor multiple areas simultaneously and ensure compliance.
> Proficiency in using security systems, timekeeping software, and tracking KPIs.
> Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Executives
Starting Salary: Php 18,000 - 20,000 / month
Allowance and Benefits (Internet, Medicine, Minimum Gov’t Premiums, PTO, Paid selected PH holiday and HMO allowance)
Regular Schedule: HST: 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday / PHT: 4am to 1pm, Tuesday through Saturday / Open for weekend schedule.
