We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BPO Staff Member to support our operations on a national level, with a primary focus on Perth. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily management of our removals and storage services, assisting in various operational tasks, and working closely with our local teams. Key Responsibilities:
Daily Rostering of Staff: Assist in planning and assigning shifts, ensuring optimal staff coverage for all operations.
Booking Accuracy Confirmation: Double-check and confirm the accuracy of job details and bookings to avoid discrepancies.
Daily Storage Movement Reporting: Track and report the daily flow of storage modules in and out of our facilities.
Container Movement Bookings: Coordinate with external providers to arrange timely and efficient container movements.
Customer Service Liaison: Work with the customer service team to address any complaints or claims, ensuring timely resolution.
Storage Module Tracking: Keep a close eye on the location and condition of storage modules, updating records as necessary.
Commercial Job Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for commercial jobs, ensuring accurate information for invoicing.
Moveware Task Management: Create and manage tasks and deadlines within the Moveware system to ensure efficient workflow.
Paperwork Checks: Perform daily reviews of necessary paperwork (including signatures, ICRs, forms), ensuring compliance and updates.
Weekly Job Planning: Help in planning and preparing for upcoming jobs, anticipating operational needs.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (preferably in logistics, removals, or a related field).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Familiarity with Moveware or similar Removals Software systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while being part of a larger remote team.
