Job Title: Media Buyer for International Dropshipping Company
Salary: $3-5 USD per hour + Performance Bonus
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PHT

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Media Buyer to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across various platforms for our international dropshipping company. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently with a "can-do" attitude. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing sales, and ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) through effective ad buying strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to reach international audiences.
Conduct audience research and segmentation for targeted ad campaigns across different countries and regions.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS), making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ad performance while keeping costs within the allocated limits.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ads are engaging and culturally relevant for different markets.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ad buying.
Use tools like Google Translate, DeepL, and ChatGPT for translation and communication in international markets.
Assist with managing Shopify campaigns and optimizing sales funnels (Funnelish knowledge is a plus but not required).
Pinterest Ads experience is optional but will be considered a plus.
Requirements:

Proven experience in media buying and managing ad campaigns for eCommerce, preferably in an international dropshipping environment.
Familiarity with using tools like ChatGPT, Google Translate, DeepL, Shopify, and Funnelish (optional).
Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and dedication.
Trustworthy, honest, and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with international teams.
