PowerPoint Specialist & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a PowerPoint specialist & graphic designer to join our team! This role will be integral to helping us create visually appealing presentations and brand assets, ensuring cohesive branding and impactful storytelling.

As a PowerPoint specialist, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing presentations for various purposes, such as training, marketing, and client pitches. You will also collaborate on developing graphics for various platforms and assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets. (The subject line keyword is Bluebird, more info below)

Job Duties:

-Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to create engaging, on-brand graphics
-Develop layouts and templates for recurring presentation needs
-Assist in maintaining visual consistency across marketing materials
-Create social media posts and graphics when needed
-Edit visuals for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations
-Work closely with other departments to gather content and design assets


Job Qualifications:

-Proven experience in creating and editing professional PowerPoint presentations including transitions, animations, and layouts
-Strong graphic design skills, particularly in branding and layout
-Attention to detail and ability to transform complex data into clear visuals
-Proficient with Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
-Experience in social media content creation and graphic design
-Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
-At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design and presentation creation
-Advanced experience in PowerPoint and Google Slides
-Strong creative skills with the ability to suggest and implement design improvements
