Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified English Tutor to provide personalized English language training to our employees. The role will focus on enhancing language proficiency, including grammar, pronunciation, business communication, and overall fluency. The tutor will be expected to deliver engaging and effective lessons on a pay-per-session basis, depending on company needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct English lessons tailored to individual employee needs or small groups.
Focus on improving grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and business communication skills.
Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to different proficiency levels.
Provide constructive feedback to learners and track their progress.
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.


Requirements:
Must be based in the Philippines.
Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA).
Native-level fluency in spoken and written English with a clear and neutral accent.
Previous experience in teaching or tutoring English to adults, preferably in a corporate setting.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for online teaching.

Compensation:
