Social Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a proficient and highly conversational individual to respond to comments on our social media ads and engage directly with potential customers through direct messaging. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and able to engage in friendly, yet persuasive conversations with our audience to promote our upcoming event and inspire ticket purchases, while maintaining a professional tone that reflects our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to social media ad comments in a conversational, engaging manner.
Direct message potential customers on social media, providing event details and answering any questions they may have.
Share event links with potential customers and encourage them to purchase tickets.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and compliments with professionalism.
Maintain brand voice and messaging in all interactions.
Collaborate with the team to escalate any significant issues or questions.
Requirements:

Fluent in written and conversational English.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience engaging with audiences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships and drive sales through conversation.
Availability to work 3-5 hours per day during Boise, Idaho working hours (8 AM - 5 PM MST).
Ability to work remotely and respond to messages in real-time.
