As we expand, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our customers with their orders and inquiries.

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via email. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product returns, processing orders, and resolving any issues related to their shopping experience. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Provide clear and accurate information on products, orders, and return procedures.
Coordinate with other departments, such as fulfillment and logistics, to resolve issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
Update Shopify with necessary changes to order statuses.
Monitor and manage customer service inbox to ensure all requests are addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle high volumes of email inquiries while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A passion for fashion and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
