Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy focused on driving revenue.
Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and increase traffic and conversions.
Analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure competitive positioning.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in developing and managing successful affiliate marketing programs.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Impact, etc.).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of tracking software and tools such as Google Analytics, and affiliate management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building affiliate marketing strategies from the ground up.
