Curtis St Media is seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Associate with a strong emphasis on social media management to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels and platforms, with a particular focus on social media strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:
-Help develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram,
-Write compelling and engaging captions for all social media posts
-Create and curate high-quality visual content, including graphics, images, and short-form videos for social media platforms
-Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media channels
-Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and ROI
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
-Assist with content management on our WordPress website using Elementor
-Help with
-Support client communication and project management tasks
-Provide innovative ideas for audience growth and engagement across all social media platforms
-Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
-Assist with basic ad management tasks across various platforms
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency setting
-Strong background in social media management and content creation
-Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
-Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating social media visuals
-Experience with WordPress and Elementor (or willingness to learn quickly)
-Familiarity with
-Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and concepts
-Strong project management and client communication skills
-Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks and projects
-Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus
-Knowledge of the real estate or finance industry is beneficial but not required
