Job Description:
As a Virtual Administration Assistant at Simply Business Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and operational efforts, with a particular focus on managing social media accounts, maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and providing administrative support across various departments. Your responsibilities will also include creating content, engaging with prospective clients, and assisting with digital marketing tasks. Knowledge of AI tools and familiarity with marketing strategies will help drive efficiency and contribute to our goal of scaling small businesses.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage and update multiple social media accounts, engage with the audience, and schedule posts to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Content Creation & Editing: Create, edit, and manage digital content for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Client Acquisition & CRM Management: Use CRM systems (Go High Level) to manage and track client data, ensure timely follow-ups, and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, scheduling, and streamlining administrative tasks for marketing and communications.

Affiliate & Sponsor Coordination: Manage communications with potential affiliates and sponsors for our consulting programs, coordinate partnerships, and track ongoing collaborations.
Research & Market Analysis: Conduct research into potential clients and market trends, helping to identify opportunities for growth and new business relationships.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing efforts, social media engagement, and client interaction strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in virtual administration, marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Go High Level) and
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Experience with AI-powered tools for marketing and administrative efficiency is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research skills and ability to analyze marketing data.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience with SMEs and knowledge of the challenges they face is a plus.
