Shopify Website Designer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Shopify Website Designer with foundational skills in building and maintaining Shopify stores for newer brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with setting up themes, making basic edits, and troubleshooting minor technical issues. While advanced coding skills aren't necessary, a solid understanding of Shopify’s platform and design principles is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Shopify websites for newer brands, focusing on simple and clean designs
Set up and customize Shopify themes to match the client’s branding
Make edits and updates to existing Shopify sites as needed
Troubleshoot minor issues within Shopify and guide clients through resolutions
Ensure sites are mobile-responsive and user-friendly
Help integrate basic third-party apps and tools
Work with clients to ensure the final design reflects their brand and vision

Qualifications:
Some experience with Shopify (portfolio of basic Shopify projects is a plus)
Familiarity with Shopify themes and customization options
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid is helpful but not required for complex coding
Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to explain Shopify-related concepts to clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
