Are you a creative genius with an eye for eye-catching designs? Do you have the skills to create amazing LONG FORM VIDEOS that can stop viewers in their tracks and get them to click? We are looking for a talented YouTube LONG FORM VIDEO CREATOR to join our team and create visually engaging and highly clickable videos for our growing YouTube channels.

Responsibilities:

- Design approximately 2 Videos per week.
- Each video is LONG FORM of approximately, 12 minutes long.
- Design compelling, high-quality YouTube videos that boost engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to understand video themes and key takeaways.
- Ensure each video captures the essence of the Niche and aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Stay updated on design trends and YouTube best practices to consistently create standout videos.
- Deliver videos in a timely manner to meet our content schedule.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a video creator, with a portfolio of past YouTube videos.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with YouTube channels and knowledge of YouTube analytics and CTR optimization.
- Familiarity with different YouTube niches and understanding how videos differ across various types of content

Interview Requirements:
- APPLICANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CREATE 1 LONG FORM VIDEO AS A TEST OF THEIR SKILLS. THE TEST WILL BE PAID A SMALL TEST FEE OF $5 USD. We will let you know what we want created as the test thumbnail. Further details will be given if you are chosen for the test.
