Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative individual who is passionate about creating eye-catching Meta ads creatives. You will be responsible for designing ad creatives that capture attention and drive conversions. Your designs will play a key role in the success of our Meta Ads campaigns, targeting various niches including (but not limited to) roofing, insulation, and floor heating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and high-quality creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals
• Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads creative trends and best practices
• Ensure all creatives meet platform guidelines and specifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating Meta Ads creatives (portfolio required)
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
• Experience in designing for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong visual aesthetic
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with video editing for Meta Ads
• Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and performance metrics
• Previous experience working in the roofing, insulation, or construction sectors
