Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon FBA Account Manager to take full ownership of our successful Amazon store, which generates around $700,000 in annual sales. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Amazon professional who can manage day-to-day operations, drive growth, and launch products across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our PPC, inventory, social media, and sourcing managers to ensure smooth operations and focus on expanding the business in 2025, with plans to launch 10 new products and explore new channels like TikTok Shop and Shopify.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the Amazon business, ensuring strong sales performance while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Lead the launch of 10 new products in 2025, coordinating with designers for high-quality imagery and working with the team to optimize product listings for maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with the existing PPC manager to optimize campaigns for better ROI and cost control.
- Ensure inventory is replenished efficiently in coordination with the inventory specialist to avoid stockouts and minimize storage costs.
- Work closely with the social media manager to expand our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Shopify.
- Build and optimize Amazon product listings, focusing on keyword strategy and Amazon SEO to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating prices, lead times, and quality control, to ensure smooth product launches and restocking.
- Oversee customer service to ensure positive feedback and manage customer queries, complaints, and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and terms of service to avoid issues with account suspensions or policy violations.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s frequent changes, trends, and best practices, and apply new strategies to improve the business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as listing suppressions, negative reviews, or account health problems.
- Drive cross-platform sales strategies to expand reach and build synergies across multiple e-commerce channels.
- Handle crisis management, including addressing potential account suspensions, supply chain disruptions, and cash flow challenges.
- Report back on performance metrics and KPIs every two weeks, maintaining clear communication with the business owner.
Be a key player in the long-term strategy, helping to prepare the business for a potential exit or sale in the future.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing and scaling Amazon FBA businesses.
- Experience launching profitable products across multiple e-commerce platforms, with a core focus on Amazon.
- Strong skills in financial metrics, forecasting, and P&L management to ensure sustainable growth.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of Amazon listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
- Ability to work with existing tea
- Strong supplier management skills, with experience negotiating terms and managing quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to coordinate and report regularly on performance and challenges.
- Ability to handle crises and solve problems efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity.
- Knowledge of Amazon compliance policies, intellectual property regulations, and terms of service.
