We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our retail partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Retail Partners: Research potential retail partners, gather contact information, and engage them through personalized email outreach.
- Email Campaigns & Outreach: Send out a minimum of 200 emails per day to prospective retail partners, with a goal of achieving a 30% reply rate.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales on our wholesale website.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales leads and interactions through HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and progress.
- Reporting: Regularly report on email campaign performance, sales pipeline updates, and engagement metrics.

Requirements:
- Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in inside sales, preferably in wholesale or B2B.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and email campaigns.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in or familiarity with the cannabis, CBD, or hemp industry is a plus.
- Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or outreach targets in previous roles.

Key Performance Metrics:
- Minimum 200 emails sent per day.
- 30% reply rate on email outreach.
