JOB OVERVIEW

MedWorld Advisors is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our business development efforts and ensuring smooth operations within our firm. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and a self-starter with a passion for contributing to our firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and CRM outreach, contributing to the firm’s client acquisition efforts.
• Client Communication: Manage and coordinate communication with clients, prospects, and internal teams, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system, ensuring all client information, communications, and leads are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities, contributing to the firm’s business development strategy.
Email Management: Oversee and manage email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all communications are clear, timely, and aligned with the firm's standards.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of business development and marketing initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business development or administrative role, preferably within the financial services or M&A advisory sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, email management tools, LinkedIn, and research platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Character, trust, confidentiality: We work with confidential information on a daily basis, discretion and professionalism is a must.
• English Language Proficiency required
