We are a growing dropshipping business, selling 95% clothing and 5% gadgets, operating in the Dutch and Belgian markets since February. We aim to become a well-recognized brand and are currently looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to help manage and optimize our daily campaigns. We are excited about the potential for growth and want tea ---------- mbers who share this vision.

Job Details:
As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up daily ad campaigns through Meta’s ad library and working closely with other tea ---------- mbers, such as our product lister, to ensure the marketing process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
-Set up and manage 5- ---------- Facebook ad campaigns per day using Meta Ads Manager.
-Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers, including our product lister, to create cohesive campaigns.
-Follow detailed instructions provided via Miro boards and Loom videos.

Requirements:
-Experience with Meta Ads Manager, ChatGPT, Canva, and paid advertising strategies.
-Familiarity with Facebook ads jargon such as ---------- (Campaign Budget Optimization), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and other key terms.
-Availability daily, including Sundays (1-2 hours per day, depending on the number of products found).
-Ability to work effectively with other Filipinos on the team.
-Preferably 2 years of experience with Facebook ads.
-Strong willingness to grow within the company and contribute to its long-term success.

-We track working hours using TimeProof.
-A 2-week probation period will be in place to evaluate performance. After this, we will review the collaboration and d ---------- whether to continue working together.
