Marketing Coordinator / Project Manager / Canva Designer

International marketing agency is seeking a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to follow established guidelines and templates.

Your primary role will be to serve as the all-around jack-of-all-trades assistant to your assigned Account Manager. You will be their go-to-person for all things from design, client communication, tasks, and scheduling.

Attention to detail and following instructions are the most critical skills.
Majority of tasks have a defined process to follow and templates to use as guides.

Day to Day Tasks:
Your typical day will likely consist of the following tasks:

Client Communication
Follow-up with clients to get files as needed


Facebook / Instagram Ad Design
Using general templates / client branding as a guide
Create ad graphics in Canva

Social Media Posts
Work with client to connect social media accounts to GoHighLevel
Write social post text / use ChatGPT to assist
Design social post graphics using general templates / client branding
Send post text + graphics to client for review / edits / approval
Schedule posts in GoHighLevel

Blogs / Press Release
Utilize ChatGPT to draft articles
Review and edit articles to tailor to client as needed
Send articles to client for review / edits / approval
Schedule articles for posting to website and distribution


Email / Text Blasts
Write or use ChatGPT to draft text
Design graphics if needed (if needed)
Build email / text campaigns in GoHighLevel
Send email / text campaign to client for review / edits / approval
Schedule campaign for send out

Pay & Benefits
Probation Period: 60 Days
Probation Period Pay: $800/month USD
After probationary period:
$1,200/month USD*
Monthly profit share bonuses*
