We are a small US based company looking for someone who has great attention to detail, patience for fairly repetitive QA work and experience working from home. Beyond the core role. there is an opportunity for significant executive assistant work (eventually transitioning to a full executive assistant role if there's a good fit). You shall be reporting directly to the CEO and will receive feedback to improve your performance. In addition to basic compensation, there is an opportunity to earn more based on individual and company performance.
You will need to:
- Listen to calls, ensuring our quality parameter, and coming up with proactive solutions to improve call quality.
- Lead training efforts, administer HR and assist with various recruiting, research and administrative tasks
Applicants Must Have:
> Perfect written and spoken English
> Experience in QA (auditing at least 5 hours of calls per day), training and operations in the BPO industry
> Strong skills in Microsoft Office. Minor experience in Photoshop is preferred
> Self-sufficiency and with excellent communication skills.
Applicant must be willing to work during US business hours (EST).
All qualified/shortlisted candidates will be given a roughly 3-hour assessment. Subsequent interviews may also be in place as we go further into the recruitment process.
