Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Executive Assistant with substantial legal experience as a lawyer or paralegal. This role combines administrative expertise with legal knowledge to provide comprehensive support to high-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This will be a long term position with a growing organization. Executive works in -7 GMT, candidate must overlap work hours a minimum of 4 hours per day with Executive.

Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation and Formatting
Draft, review, and edit legal and business documents with precision
Format complex legal documents, reports, and presentations to professional standards
Ensure all documents adhere to legal standards and company guidelines
Create templates for frequently used documents to improve efficiency
Investor Communication
Draft clear and concise investor updates, reports, and presentations
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor calls
Ensure all investor communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company messaging
Project Management Support
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring various projects
Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and progress reports
Facilitate communication between tea
Identify and help resolve potential issues or bottlenecks in projects
Investor Platform Management and Data Entry
Manage and update the company's investor relations platform
Accurately input and maintain investor data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Generate reports and analytics from the investor platform as needed
Executive Support
Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Screen and prioritize incoming communications
Prepare briefing materials for meetings and events
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
Additional Support Tasks
Conduct research on legal topics, industry trends, or competitors as needed
Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive
Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
J.D. or paralegal certification strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal or corporate environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Experience with investor relations platforms and CRM systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
