Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team in managing business communications, logistics, and daily operations. This role offers significant growth opportunities as you gain exposure to the fields of AI, data science, and product management. Over time, you will play an integral role in capturing and disseminating industry knowledge and contributing to the evolution of our technological initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Perform administrative tasks including complex calendar tea ---------- eting schedules, structure, agenda, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing presentations and briefs for meetings, as well as contribute to communication strategies for the leader and organization.
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, managing complex itineraries.
- Build and manage cross-functional relationships between departments, working closely with the lead admins and communicating key organizational updates.
- Facilitate communication between the leadership team, software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.
- Gain familiarity with AI, data science, and software engineering concepts to assist with product management.
- Track industry trends and technology evolution, reporting findings to the team.
- Review educational videos and other media, taking notes and ensuring knowledge is disseminated to the team.
