Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant - Lead Product Research, PPC & Daily Operations

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to take a key role in managing our Amazon FBA business. As our VA, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the success of our business, including product research, advertising management (PPC), inventory control, and handling day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research: Utilize tools such as Helium 10 and Keepa to identify profitable products, conduct market analysis, and discover new product opportunities that align with our business strategy.
- PPC Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns using tools like Ad Badger to maximize product visibility while controlling advertising costs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels with Inventory Lab or similar tools, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure products are restocked on time to avoid shortages.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates on product status, ad performance, and inventory levels, and take proactive steps to address any issues.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner to promote positive reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Amazon FBA Experience: A solid understanding of the entire Amazon FBA process.
- Proven experience with the following tools:
--- Helium 10 (product research, keyword optimization)
--- Keepa (price and sales rank analysis)
--- Ad Badger (PPC management and optimization)
--- Inventory Lab (inventory management and cost analysis)
--- Canva (for product images and graphic design)
- Strong analytical skills to track market trends and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare daily reports and offer strategic recommendations.
- Proactive mindset: You take initiative and come up with solutions to challenges independently.
