Our team is currently seeking a committed Online Sales Assistant to join us remotely, operating from the Philippines. The primary focus of this role is to provide top-notch customer service and convert inquiries into sales through professional and effective communication, all from the comfort of your home.

Compensation: $4 per hour + sales commission
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product details
- Turn customer questions into sales opportunities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized assistance
- Work closely with the team to enhance customer experience
- Efficiently manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously

Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Basic sales ability and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Availability to work 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week
- Stable internet connection and computer access
- Creative problem-solving skills
