JOB OVERVIEW

Dear reader,

For our rapidly growing e-commerce/dropshipping business specializing in the fashion niche on TikTok and Meta (Facebook), we are looking for a highly skilled Creative Designer & Marketing Strategist to join our team. We currently manage four separate stores and are continuously expanding. This role will be crucial in driving our creative strategies for new product testing and ongoing marketing campaigns across all our stores.

Role Overview:
The Creative Designer & Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing high-quality creatives for all our Facebook advertising campaigns using ---------- or AI. Initially, the focus will be on creating and testing creatives for new products to determine market fit and potential. Once successful products are identified, you will strategize and develop new marketing angles to scale these products, testing multiple offers and creative variations. Furthermore, you will play an essential role in defining and refining our Unique Selling Points (USPs) and creating detailed customer personas to better understand and target our ideal customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Development: Create visually engaging ad creatives for new product tests using Canva and AI. Adapt designs based on performance and test results.
- Strategy Implementation:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop different marketing angles for winning products, testing multiple offers and variations.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize creatives for better conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product research, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on creative strategy across all four stores.
- Creative Scaling: Once products show potential, develop strategies for scaling through refined offers and creatives.
- USP & Persona Development: Assist in defining the USPs for each product and creating detailed customer personas to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the needs and desires of our target audience.
- Market Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with current fashion and design trends to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge and relevant to our audience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in creating ad creatives for e-commerce, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform and creative best practices.
- Experience in testing and scaling products using different marketing angles and offers.
- Experience in developing customer personas and defining USPs for products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in developing creatives for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or dropshipping environment.
- Experience working with multiple stores or brands simultaneously.

This role is critical to accelerating our product testing and scaling processes, making you an integral part of our growth. You will be the first person fully responsible for this role, which means there will be ample opportunities for growth as we expand the team in the future.

If you have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for design, and a knack for developing creative strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Please share your past experience and creatives that you have made and include the word "Blauw" at the end of your proposal to confirm you’ve read this entire description.

Kind regards,

Dion & Ruben
